What marketplaces does Trace support?
Trace currently supports Amazon (14 international marketplaces), Flipkart, and Myntra for e-commerce. For quick-commerce, Blinkit is live, Zepto is in beta, and Swiggy Instamart is coming soon.
How does pincode-level tracking work?
Trace checks each product listing from real residential networks at each pincode you select. This means you see the exact price, availability and delivery estimate a customer in that area would see — not a cached or generic national view.
Can I schedule automated daily reports?
Yes. Set up a schedule and Trace runs your product checks automatically at your chosen time. Results are delivered as Excel files to your email inbox and Google Drive folder, with Listing Health % calculated per location.
What is the AI assistant?
Trace includes a built-in AI assistant that can run any operation on your behalf. Just type what you want in plain English — like "check if my product is live on Blinkit across Mumbai" — and it handles the rest, always confirming the credit cost before spending.
How does the credit system work?
Each product-pincode check costs credits. The AI assistant always shows you the cost before running a job. Credits are purchased in advance and never expire. Scheduled jobs deduct credits automatically each run.
What does Trace cost?
Trace runs on a credit-based model — you purchase credits in advance and each product-pincode check deducts a small amount. There are no monthly subscriptions or hidden fees. Credits never expire. Contact us for pricing details tailored to your volume.
