How to set up a schedule

Automate your monitoring in a few steps.

Create a tracking job first

Before scheduling, set up a manual job with the products, fields and pincodes you want. Verify the output looks right. Then you know exactly what will run automatically.

Open the scheduling panel

In Manual mode, click 'Schedule' on a completed job. In AI mode, just ask: 'Schedule this to run daily at 8 AM'. The AI assistant creates the schedule for you.

Choose frequency and time

Pick from presets (daily, weekdays, weekly) or set a custom cron expression. Choose your preferred time zone — the job runs at that time every day.

Confirm credits and activate

The per-run credit cost is shown upfront. Make sure your balance covers multiple runs. Toggle the schedule on and it starts running at the next scheduled time.

Monitor and adjust

Check schedule history to see past runs, success/failure status, and credit usage. Pause, edit or delete schedules anytime from the dashboard.

Use Google Drive export

Connect Google Drive so every scheduled run auto-uploads its report. Build a historical archive without manual downloads.

Budget your credits

A daily schedule for 50 products with 10 fields uses ~500 credits/day. Plan your credit allocation accordingly.

Stagger your schedules

If you have multiple schedules, stagger them by 15–30 minutes. This avoids peak load and ensures each job gets full resources.

email

Use email alerts

Trace emails you when each scheduled run completes. No need to log in to check — the report is attached or linked.

pause

Pause during off-seasons

If you don't need daily data during slow periods, pause the schedule instead of deleting it. Resume with one click.

Let AI manage schedules

In AI mode, you can create, edit and pause schedules entirely through chat. 'Pause my Amazon daily check until Monday.'

Scheduling FAQ

Common questions about automation.

help What happens if a scheduled run fails?

You get an email notification with the error. The schedule stays active — it will retry at the next scheduled time. You can also trigger a manual re-run from the dashboard.

help Can I schedule different products on different days?

Yes. Create separate schedules with different product lists and frequencies. Each schedule runs independently.

help What if I run out of credits mid-schedule?

The scheduled run will fail with an insufficient credits error. You'll get an email notification. Top up your credits and the next run will proceed normally.
